Relays start at 12pm, so the first runner should aim to give themselves ample time to arrive, park, get their number on and warm up, I’d suggest around 11am as parking may be a bit hectic with it being the Nationals.

The venue is Town Gate, Sutton Park. If you follow the ring road around the town centre you’ll go under a bridge which is the exit from Gracechurch car park, take the first left hand turn after the car park exit. Go straight over at the mini island and town gate will be ahead of you. Drive straight into the park and you’ll be directed as to parking. Alternatively the rail station (on the cross city line) is about 10minutes walk from the start.

I know that Lesley and possibly others could do with a lift from the club, so if anyone is driving and could help out if you could let me know that would be great. I’ll most likely get the train and arrive early to get us registered and collect numbers, but will have phone on if any problems: 07793281553.
