Heat, no shade and hills enabled me to produce what is possibly a new pw in a road 10K :-(.  Actually a very well organised and scenic run, starting in Bromsgrove and heading out into traffic-free Worcestershire lanes.

Linda continued her winning streak and sadly Jackie Davis had to pull out through injury.  The rest of us slogged our way around and were just glad to finish....
