The Multisport Swansea Triathlon was held on Sunday 22nd July.  I was looking forward to a triathlon in my home town and set off on Saturday.  But after 3 hours of traffic and not getting very far I turned home.

But the triathlon went ahead with out me and I am told that it was brilliant but lots of rain.

Not sure about the cakes but the marshaling was brilliant.
